3. Booking and Payment

3.1 Booking Process
Bookings can be made online through our website or mobile app.
You must provide accurate and complete information during booking, including patient details, pickup and drop-off locations, preferred times, and any special requirements.
Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Rokoli.

3.2 Payment
Payment must be made at the time of booking via our accepted payment methods.
Prices are disclosed at the time of booking and may vary based on distance, time, and service type.
We accept credit/debit cards, apple and google pay.

3.3 Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to scheduled pickup to qualify for a full refund.
Cancellations made after this period may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Refunds will be processed within 10 days.


4. Patient and Companion Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information about the patient's health, mobility, and any special needs.
You are responsible for ensuring the patient’s safety during transportation.
If a companion is booked, they agree to adhere to all safety and conduct policies.
You must inform us of any medical conditions or emergencies that could affect transportation.

5. Health and Safety

Rokoli LLC prioritizes safety; however, we are not responsible for medical emergencies.
The patient or their representative must ensure that the patient is fit for transportation.
We reserve the right to refuse transportation if safety cannot be assured or if the patient’s condition poses a risk to themselves or others.

6. Liability and Insurance

Rokoli LLC maintains appropriate insurance coverage for its services.
We are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during transportation unless caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.
You agree to release Rokoli LLC from any claims arising from transportation services, except as provided by law.

7. Pickup, Drop-off, and Scheduling

The driver will arrive at the designated pickup location at the scheduled time.
If the patient or companion is not present at the scheduled pickup time, additional fees may apply, or the booking may be canceled.
We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the service for illegal activities.
Harass, threaten, or abuse our staff or drivers.
Attempt to interfere with the vehicle or driver’s operation.
Bring hazardous materials or dangerous items into the vehicle.
